In a constantly evolving legal and tax environment, business leaders and their teams must make quick decisions, often with high stakes. The coaching & advisory services offered by Yaël Sion LAWYERS & ASSOCIATES Law Firm aim to provide you with a clear understanding of your options, to instil the right reflexes, and to secure your day-to-day decision-making.
A practical approach, designed for everyday decision-making
Rather than theoretical training, our approach is focused on your real-life situations: tax arbitrations, management choices, drafting and securing documents, risk anticipation, and handling sensitive matters (tax audits, disputes, companies in difficulty, etc.).
The objective is simple: to help you make decisions methodically, by understanding the legal and tax implications, and by adopting the right “lawyer-like” reflexes — without wasting time on unnecessary details.
Who is this for?
- Business leaders (SMEs, mid-sized companies, groups, holding companies)
- HR managers and administrative / finance managers
- Partners & shareholders involved in strategic decision-making
- Operational teams exposed to high-risk decisions (contracts, invoicing, customs, procedures, etc.)
Possible focus areas (defined according to your priorities)
The topic is defined jointly in advance, to align with your current priorities.
- Tax & customs law: compliance reflexes, key risk areas, risk management, prevention of recurring errors
- Tax audits: preparation, internal organization, documentation, posture and interactions with the authorities
- Tax reassessments & disputes: strategy, timeline, approach, amicable resolution vs. litigation
- Companies in difficulty: understanding available options (prevention, negotiation, formal proceedings), reflexes to limit exposure
- Contracts & legal documents: high-risk clauses, key points to secure, documents to standardize
A flexible format: on-site or remote
Yaël Sion LAWYERS & ASSOCIATES can intervene on your premises, in a private meeting space, or organize a remote session when this format is more appropriate.
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on your request, the format, and the team involved. Interventions are billed from €700 excl. VAT.
Contact the firm for a preliminary discussion: a tailored fee proposal will be provided based on your specific issues.
How does the coaching work?
Scoping and preparation
Upstream, we define your needs: context, objectives, involved stakeholders, expected level of legal maturity, and the situations to be addressed.
This step allows us to design a useful, decision-oriented session.
Coaching session (approximately 3 hours)
The session lasts on average three hours and concludes with a Q&A discussion to anchor the key reflexes and address your specific cases.
Key points are explained using a structured support (PowerPoint-type presentation) and examples tailored to your activity.
Deliverables and follow-up
At the end of the session, participants receive a copy of the support materials, along with any relevant documents used during the coaching.
Depending on your needs, a follow-up may be offered (checkpoints, document review, validation of a sensitive decision, etc.).
What you gain
- A clear understanding of available options and associated risks
- Practical, operational reflexes that can be applied immediately
- Internal alignment (executives, HR, teams) around best practices
- More confident, faster, and better-documented decision-making

Coaching & Legal Advisory
What is the difference between legal coaching and traditional training?
Coaching is decision-oriented and based on real-life cases. It starts from your actual challenges (audits, contracts, taxation, disputes, financial difficulties, etc.) to clarify options, identify risks, and embed immediately applicable legal reflexes, rather than delivering a purely theoretical overview.
Who is this type of support for?
For business leaders and their teams (CFOs, HR directors, administrative and operational managers) who need to make quick decisions, secure internal practices, or gain autonomy on high-stakes legal and tax matters.
Can a session be organized remotely?
Yes. Coaching sessions can be conducted by videoconference or phone when this format is the most effective. They can also take place at your premises or in a private meeting space.
Which topics can be addressed during a session?
The topic is defined in advance. It may cover tax and customs law, a tax audit, tax litigation or reassessment, a business-in-distress situation, or the securing of contracts and legal documents.
How much does a coaching & advisory service cost?
Fees depend on the format and your objectives. A personalized fee proposal is provided after a short scoping discussion.
